You retain ownership of any content you post to the community forums. By posting content, you grant CapitalForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing the service.
7. Third Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing and various external providers for real-time stock data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
8. Subscription & Payments
Certain features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided solely at our discretion in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
